Producer Joe Romano best known for his projects Dataworx, FPS and Reverse Logic launched ”Dataworx Digital“ in 2007. Initially the label was set-up as an outlet for his own releases, however within a short time Joe has already earned some great recognition and DJ support in the House / Techno scene. With a series of successful releases including: ”Pushin“ which went on to become a club hit worldwide and reached the #1 spot overall on Beatport. His latest collab project FPS, with the debut single ”Bad Habits“ quickly became an underground techno anthem, and a remix of ”Steve Mac & Paul Harris – You“ for the widely respected Toolroom Records also hit the Top 5 on Beatport’s main chart!

Since its’ inception, Dataworx Digital has focused on releasing its own blend of Techno, Tech / Progressive House and has gained top DJ support from the likes

of Mark Knight, Sebastien Leger, Tiesto, Funkagenda, Carl Cox, David Guetta and music fans from around the globe. With a number of solid releases to date and appearances by Dataworx / FPS on other notable labels like Toolroom, Azuli, Global Underground, etc… Joe looks to expand on the labels’ success with upcoming DJ tour dates and a series of exclusive Mix Complilations.

Going forward, the label continues to develop its sound and aims to bring in fresh talent. You can also expect to see some exciting collabs and remixes from more established producers in the coming months! Within one year Dataworx Digital has continued to rise among the multitude of labels & producers cropping up over the last few years, not an easy task.

Since 2006, Solarscape Music has managed to gain recognition and support from top DJ’s and music fans worldwide. Label owner and producer Joe Romano, initially set-up the label as an outlet for his own music. ”Solarscape“ is also his production alias and has received great support in the underground scene from the likes of: Tiesto, Armin van Buuren, Markus Schulz, M.I.K.E, Gareth Emery, Ronski Speed, Andy Moor and many more. Some of the artists on the label include: Solarscape, Alucard, Saint Rush, Ishido, Protogen  and singer/songwriter Lisa Swain.

It all began with the first single ”Solarscape – Alive“, this was Joe’s debut release in the trance scene, which featured vocals from Canadian artist Lisa Swain. With stellar remixes included from Alucard, Hydroid and of course the Ronski Speed w/ Stoneface & Terminal Mix which topped the Technics IDP Dutch dance charts and vinyl / mp3 shops around the globe and hitting the #1 Download on Beatport’s Trance Chart! ”Alive“ instantly put Solarscape on the map.

Since then, it has been a steady rise with a focus on quality releases over quantity. With tracks like: Surround, Worlds Apart, Coming Down and Zen, which received massive DJ and FM / Internet Radio play and featured on several CD Compilations. To date, Solarscape Music is keeping ahead of the pack, aiming for innovative, cutting edge music. Although this is no easy task, with an almost infinite amount of music which has surfaced in the rise of the internet / digital age, it has become increasingly important to avoid the cliches and predictability of the genre. The label looks to continue its rise in the global market and hopefully inspire listeners worldwide and to reach its’ full potential!
